These Terms and Conditions apply to the Video Recap - Quick & Easy mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") developed by Tomas Valek (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these Terms before using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or the Service Provider's trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Application Usage
The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is useful and efficient. Therefore, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges related to the Application or its services will always be clearly communicated to users.
The Application may process certain technical data required for the functioning of the service, primarily through third-party services integrated into the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which removes software restrictions imposed by the official operating system. Such actions may expose your device to security risks and may cause the Application to malfunction.

Internet Connectivity
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function properly due to lack of internet access or insufficient data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms may apply. You may incur charges for mobile data usage, including roaming charges if you use the Application outside your home region.
Device Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged and functional. If your device runs out of battery or cannot access the Application, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and up to date, the Service Provider relies on third-party services and cannot guarantee that all information provided through the Application will always be complete or accurate.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the Application.
Application Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. System requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end and you must stop using the Application.

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users are advised to review this page regularly. Any changes will be posted on this page.
