This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Video Recap - Quick & Easy mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by Tomas Valek (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service. The Application is provided "AS IS".

The Application does not require user registration and does not require you to create an account. When you use the Application, certain technical information may be collected automatically, primarily by third-party services integrated into the Application.
Third-party services integrated into the Application may process this information to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and service improvements.
What information does the Application collect automatically?
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:
- device type and model,
- operating system version,
- unique device identifiers, including advertising identifiers where applicable,

- diagnostic information, crash logs, and performance data.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
No. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information of your device.
Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?
No. The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data or provide features.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Yes. The Application uses third-party services that may collect, process, and store data in accordance with their own privacy policies. These services are used to support core functionality, advertising, analytics, and crash reporting.
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process certain data, including advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, and app interaction data, in order to provide personalized and non-personalized advertisements, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.
The Application also uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to understand how the Application is used and to detect, diagnose, and fix technical problems.

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.
What is the data retention policy and how can you manage your information?
The Service Provider retains automatically collected information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application, improve its functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form.
The Service Provider does not store personal user data on its own servers. Some data may be collected automatically by third-party services used by the Application, such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. These services process data according to their own privacy policies.
How does the Application address children's privacy?
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
The Application itself does not allow users to create accounts or submit personal information. However, the Application uses third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics, which may collect certain technical data automatically in accordance with their own privacy policies.
How is your information kept secure?
The Service Provider takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information processed by the Application. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
How will you be informed of changes to this Privacy Policy?
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will update this page to reflect any changes. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective will be deemed acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
